A: Today I sent out HUD-1 Settlement statements to my 2015 buyers & sellers. Tax season is just around the corner and if you bought or sold a house last year, one of the documents you'll need to complete your taxes is a copy of the Closing Statement on your property.
I know moving is a very busy time and you may have misplaced this very important document, therefore, if you were a client of mine in 2015, you should have an email from me with that attachment, that you may forward onto your accountant / tax specialist.
